Porsche eBike Performance GmbH is registered under registration number DE1705774195252 with the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister as a manufacturer and distributor of packaging.
Sales packaging
You, as an end customer, must sort and dispose the packaging of your products for recycling. For this purpose, the packaging must be inspected. A material label, which provides information about the basic material of the packaging, is usually printed directly on the packaging.
2. Batteries
Porsche eBike Performance GmbH is registered under the registration number Batt-Reg.-Nr. DE 97640835 with the foundation ear (elektro-altgeräte-register) as a manufacturer and distributor of portable and industrial batteries.
Information on battery disposal
Recycling rates for industrial batteries according to § 15 (3) BattG:
The recycling rates achieved by our company (Porsche eBike Performance GmbH) in the previous calendar year in accordance with the calculation method of § 2 (19) BattG were 100% for used industrial batteries.
In conjunction with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we are obliged to inform you of the following: As the end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. Within Germany, you can return used batteries free of charge to public collection points - municipal recycling centres and most specialist bicycle dealers. In addition, you can return used batteries that we carry or have carried as new batteries free of charge to Porsche eBike Performance GmbH in Ottobrunn.

Meaning of the symbols
The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin means that the battery must not be disposed of in household waste.
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004% lead by mass.
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002% cadmium by mass
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005% mercury by mass.
Notes on disposal
As the end user, you are legally obliged to return used electrical equipment (WEEE). Batteries, accumulators or lamps that can be removed without damaging them should be disposed of separately.
Within Germany, you have the option of handing in used electrical equipment at public collection points - municipal recycling centres - free of charge. In addition, you can return old electrical devices that we carry or have carried as new products to Porsche eBike Performance GmbH in Ottobrunn free of charge. Data protection
We remind all our end users of WEEE products to delete personal data from the WEEE product before it is disposed of.
