Country group 1: Germany

For deliveries to the countries mentioned above, we charge a flat rate of €4.35 per order. From an order value of 40.00 € we deliver free of charge.

Country group 2: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands

For deliveries to the countries mentioned above, we charge a flat rate of €7.65 per order. From an order value of € 60.00 we deliver free of charge.

Country group 3: France, Denmark, Italy, Poland

For deliveries to the countries mentioned above, we charge a flat rate of €9.60 per order. From an order value of €70.00 we deliver free of charge.

Country group 4: Spain, Slovenia

For deliveries to the countries mentioned above, we charge a flat rate of €14.19 per order. From an order value of €100.00 we deliver free of charge.

Country group 5: Liechtenstein

For deliveries to the countries mentioned above, we charge a flat rate of €18.14 per order. From an order value of 100.00 € we deliver free of charge .

Orders and shipping to Switzerland are handled by our service partner ampere plus.

Returns 

If you would like to report a guarantee or warranty case, please contact our support directly.

If you want to return items for other reasons, please enter your request in our returns portal: fazua.myreturnscenter.com . The statutory 14-day right of return applies.

As soon as your request has been checked and confirmed by us, you will receive an email from FAZUA-B2C with further instructions including the return address. This usually takes no longer than one business day.

Important: Please print out the confirmation email and put it in the box of your return . The e-mail contains all important information and is absolutely necessary in order to assign your return correctly.

Please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped.

You will receive another email as soon as we have received your return and the refund has been triggered.

The emails may end up in your spam folder. Please check there too.

Attention: If you want to return a battery, please contact our support. Since batteries are class 9 dangerous goods, special transport conditions apply here.
